I have been reading a lot of articles these days about the importance of exercise in our lives. No matter if we are 5 or 65 years old exercise is vital for a healthy future. I came across a blog that discusses the concerns about one in three American children are overweight… to check out this interesting blog click HERE. As well, I found that Science Daily has a more in depth article about this concern click HERE to access this website. In addition to this information, retired teacher had recently emailed me the Canada’s Physical Activity Guide which has a variety of resources. As individuals who have special needs and some may have health conditions… exercise needs to be done but may need some consultation from a physiotherapist or a specialist. So as the image shows… if Cookie Monster can do it … anyone can!
